Pure Staging and Design believes that communication is the key to success during a project. An accredited staging professional will first talk to you about the challenges and opportunities of your house.  Then together, we will walk through it to assess areas of improvement so prospective buyers focus on your house, and not on your possessions.

This process usually takes about 2 hours and involves time spent in every room, as well as on the exterior of the property. Photos will be taken of your entire property, and a detailed report will be compiled following the site survey. The report will include very specific recommendations that will focus on de-cluttering, removing or rearranging furniture and accessories, landscaping, and recommended cosmetic repairs and painting. Pure Staging and Design will recommend, in detail, how to optimize every space inside and outside in order to maximize the appeal of your house. The findings will be presented to you in person so that you have the opportunity to ask questions. After you have completed the suggested changes, we'll be back to assess your progress and help you fine-tune.

Consultations can be enough for some sellers,  but the reality is that staging is hard work and very time-consuming. If you choose to receive a proposal, Pure Staging and Design will produce a complimentary estimate. An accredited staging professional will come to your house and assess what needs to be done...similar to the consultation but in less time. A Pure proposal will include a written report of which spaces should be staged. This is a general overview and will include basic information. The proposal will also include the total cost of staging, including furniture and accessory rental, if necessary. We will work within your budget parameters and will do as much or as little as you'd like. Should the result of our report including removing furniture from the home and storing off-site, Pure Staging and Design also offers packing solutions for your belongings if you have time and schedule constraints. Again, communication is key and your team at Pure will make sure you are aware of every step we take.
